What is a "Made-to-Order" item?
Items that are labelled made-to-order have not yet been knit/crocheted, and are created upon the placement of an order. The time garment, plushie, or accessory takes to knit or crochet depends on the item and the amount of orders that I have to fulfill at a given time. What is a "Ready-to-ship" item?
Items that are labelled "ready-to-ship" are finished items and will be packaged within 1-7 business days from when an order is placed. These items will arrive to you within 3-9 business days from when you placed your order. The time garment, plushie, or accessory takes to package the amount of orders that I have to fulfill at a given time. Can I place a custom order? Is it possible to personalize my order?
I typically place the availability of custom slots in my Instagram bio. If my custom slots are open, feel free to request a custom order based off of the items in my shop or items you see on my Instagram. Please message me about my colors in stock before requesting a custom order. Pricing may vary depending on the time, availability of materials, and shipping.
If you are interested in placing a custom order with me but my custom orders are not open, please message me and I can let you know when I can offer you a slot/when I will be reopening my custom slots again!

Which size should I choose?
As of February 19, 2021, sizing charts for clothing are updated to include your measurements as well as the measurements of the garments themselves. If you are unsure whether the dimensions of the garment will work with your size or not, please message me before sizing up or down if you'd be like to request custom measurements* of the garment! I understand that our bodies are all unique and I strive to be as inclusive as possible. To view all the sizing charts in one place, please click here.
*Please note: If you'd like to request custom measurements with a variance that completely changes the nature of the garment, (i.e.: the garment is meant to be as long as your neck to your hips, but you'd like it to be to your mid-thigh) I will ask that you request a custom order. Thank you!
When will my order arrive?
Processing times vary, and they are listed in the description of each item. Generally, cardigans and sweaters take anywhere between 3-5 weeks to knit, and plushies and accessories take 1-2 weeks to finish.
I do my best to get orders out before they should be shipped. If I currently have a high volume of orders, your package may take a little longer to get to you, but I will message you about the timeline as soon as I know if there might be an issue. If you would like to know when an order will arrive, please feel free to reach out to me first!
Additionally, I am not responsible for any delays on part of the post office due to COVID-19. Like many other services in the US, packages can take up to a month to arrive if delayed, especially during the month before a major holiday. Please keep this in mind when you place your order; nevertheless, I will be in touch if I notice your package is taking longer than usual. If you have any concerns about the timeline of your order, please feel free to message me!

What are your refund/return policies for physical items?
Refunds and returns are not permitted. I may accept repairs on a case by case basis, with the incurrence of a fee.

I don't live in the US, what should I know about delivery for my order?
Most standard international packages will be shipped through First Class International Mail, which can take 2-6 weeks (or more) to arrive, depending on customs or other events that may limit delivery time. If you choose Priority International Mail, delivery may be slightly faster. Kindly be patient when waiting to receive your item, and note that you may be charged VAT OR CUSTOMS FEES when the order arrives in your country. The customer is solely responsible for any of the aforementioned duties, taxes, and/or customs charges before delivery.
