Shipping & Return Policy
Processing time
Processing times vary, and they are listed in the description of each item. Generally, cardigans and sweaters take anywhere between 3-5 weeks to knit, and plushies and accessories take 1-2 weeks to finish.

If I currently have a high volume of orders, your order may take a little longer to get to you, but I will message you about the timeline as soon as I know if there might be an issue. If you would like to know when an order will arrive, please feel free to reach out to me first!
Estimated shipping time: domestic and international
Items are shipped through USPS. If you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3-9 business days, depending on the day I go to the post office, holidays, and extenuating shipping delays. Shipping starts at $7 for plushies and accessories & free shipping for cardigans, sweaters, or any order over $75!

If you live outside of the US, I currently do ship internationally. Shipping starts at $15 for plushies and accessories, and $30 for sweaters and cardigans. Most standard international packages will be shipped through First Class International Mail, which can take 2-6 weeks (or more) to arrive, depending on customs or other events that may limit delivery time. If you choose Priority International Mail, delivery may be slightly faster. Kindly be patient when waiting to receive your item, and note that you may be charged VAT OR CUSTOMS FEES when the package arrives in your country. The customer is solely responsible for any of the aforementioned duties, taxes, and/or customs charges before delivery.

Please be sure to triple check your address before placing an order. If your package is lost, please contact USPS first.
Delays due to COVID-19 or extenuating circumstances
I am not responsible for any delays on part of the post office due to COVID-19. Like many other services in the US, packages can take up to a month to arrive if delayed, especially during the month before a major holiday. Please keep this in mind when you place your order; nevertheless, I will be in touch if I notice your package is taking longer than usual. If you have any concerns about the timeline of your order, please feel free to message me!
Refund/return policies: physical items
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted once your order is placed, and returns are not permitted for health reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, or if your item arrives damaged, please message me! I may accept repairs on a case by case basis, with the incurrence of a fee, which the client will be responsible for.
Refund policies: digital items
When you purchase a pattern, you confirm that you have read the title and the description and are aware that what you are ordering is the instructions for a given item, NOT the physical product. Patterns are written and developed over a long period of several months and are offered at accessible rates, so in the event that you purchase a pattern with the intention to order a physical product, I cannot offer you a refund. If this is the case and you'd still be interested in a physical product, I can give you a quote and an idea as to when my custom orders will be open, or (if the item is already in my shop) when an item will restock.
